Free Initial Consultation

Our service begins with free initial consultation to determine your needs, desires, and requirements. You can call us, email or fill up a contact form and someone will contact you promptly.

Proposal and Paperwork

We will send you a questionnaire. By providing the information requested by questionnaire, you will help us to understand your vision and type of website you have in mind. After we had received all your ideas, questions and requirements, we will give specific recommendations for your project. There are many different ways to implement the project and meet your needs. We present to you these options with the proposed pricing to deliver them. Upon agreement on both sides, you receive a formal proposal that contains all of the work you require, including prices, payment schedule and contract.

Making Payments

On the smaller projects we require the payment to be made upfront. On bigger projects we can work out a payment schedule. After the proposal is agreed upon and paperwork is signed and faxed to us, we begin the actual design process.

Gathering Your Content Information

Since you know your market and business the best your input is extremely valuable in creating a successful web site. It will save you money if you will provide us with the text and any other content for your website, company logos and letterheads, quality photographs and images you would like include in your website. We can provide you with access to thousands of royalty free stock photos. If your business does not have time or available resources, we can take care of all the content for you. Design and Development Process

Web Development

Launching your website

When development of your site is finished, you will be able to review all the pages, making sure that everything is exactly how you want it. We will submit those articles to you for approval, recommendations and changes before posting them on your web site. This is separate service and is charged separately.

Once I get a website can you help me to market it so my customers can find it? Do you do web marketing?

Yes we do web marketing. Your website will not do you much profit if your potential customers cannot find you. We have a Web Marketing services offered at a separate price.

Is a revision one change or a list of many changes?

Each of the web design packages comes with a set number of total revisions available to it. When the project manager presents a design to you for review it is your responsibility to provide a list of desirable changes and modifications to him. This procedure counts as one revision. It is very important that you provide us at this time with as much information as possible so that we are able to make your web site exactly the way you want it.

Can you edit an existing site or do you only do it from scratch?

If you have an already designed web site but want to add some changes or updates made, our designer’s team can still help you. We can make desired updates and changes to the text, images, or code. The rate for these changes is $59 per hour and one of our project managers can give you a quote for the entire job. You can also choose to add something from our list of our services and features. These can be integrated into your existing website.

After you complete the website design, who will own the copyright of the designed site and elements?

After the website is complete everything is owned by you.

How will I continue editing my site in the future?

After you receive your finished website, you will be able to use any tool you are comfortable with to make desired changes in the future. Also our designers can make desired changes for you in the future. If you need to update your web site, change images, add news. We can make any changes to your website exactly as you request and help you keep your site up to date! The cost of this service is $55 per hour. Contact us and a project manager will give you a quote outlining the estimated cost and work to be accomplished.

How long does it take to complete a website?

Due to the high level of custom work involved in each website we design, it's hard to predict an exact turn around time. We work together with you to complete your web project in a timely manner. Delays, however, usually occur when there is any milestone that requires your action, such as approving design mockups or design changes, is not acknowledged on time. For example, a 10 page website can be finished anywhere between 1-8 weeks after we've received all content and feedback from you. It is a safe estimate to expect at least a month for your web project, though it could be much sooner or later, depending on your input. Always remember that we can only work as fast as YOU will allow us! Turn around time is customer-dependent. If content is provided to us quicker, instructions are clear and requested revisions are reasonable, turn around time can be drastically decreased. On the other hand, it could dramatically increase due to customer’s inaction, delayed mockup approvals; back and forth change requests, etc.
